How long does the course take?

The course will take 7 hours to work through all of the lessons and testing. Although, for those of you interested in becoming a professional title abstractor it will take several weeks of practicing in the Deed Record Room as well working with your instructor to feel comfortable with the process. We have professional title abstractors on staff to assist you with every step of the process. One of the best advantages of working with us is the ability to talk to a LIVE title abstractor to answer your questions when they arise. Without the ability to obtain assistance there is no way for you to learn how to do this.

Will I receive a certificate at when I complete the course?

You will print a completion certificate to keep for your records.

How long can I use the online course?

Our goal is to teach you how to do a title search so we will work with you as long as you need us to insure your success via the phone and email. No one in the business offers this service except us. The online course can be accessed up to 90 days. If you need more time please contact your instructor.

Do I need Insurance?

If you plan to work for yourself as an independent abstractor you will need to obtain errors and omissions insurance. If you plan on working for an attorney or title company then you will be covered under their policy. We can also recommend a few companies for you to contact to obtain insurance.

What if I have a problem?

Anytime during your training we offer online and PHONE assistance to get you through an area that you may not understand. Just email or call us with your question and we will walk you through it. This is FREE OF CHARGE.

What is your return policy?

This is an education course and NO REFUNDS will be give for any reason.
